The team you’ll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
The PO specialist will be part of Global sales support (GSS) team and will be supporting the entire process of PO management for Nokia Marketing Events.
General Purpose
PO Specialist will be responsible for project management of the PO process, coordinating with the stakeholders and approving channels (compliance, procurement and finance) for approval/missing information, maintaining the status report of each PO and presenting it every fortnightly

Requirements:
PO Specialist’s major role i.e. 60% will be PO management. PO management will include entire project management of PO process, interacting with the stakeholder, evaluating the request, raising PO in iBuy or MyOrder tools, coordinating with the internal teams for taking their approval, coordinating with the stakeholders and approving bodies, assisting team in invoice clearance. PO specialist will also track, monitor and maintaining the record of each PO, giving the status update to the stakeholder, and creating detailed slides on customer/Nokia information.

Minimum 3 years of PO handling experience
Experience in iBuy tool
