The team you`ll be part of
The customer experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groupsWhile bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the cx organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
Drive the government and public sector business in india as part of the india enterprise team (orders & sales)
Own end customer relationships in this segment across the region
Lead a team of account managers supporting the different verticals within this segment
Organize the team to properly cover the market / target accounts and address both short term and long-term business opportunities
Coordinate the indirect sales go-to-market (gtm) for this segment through the india partner sales team
Interlock the government and public sector business plan and initiatives with the india enterprise market head and the business groups’ (bg) regional head of sales (hos) and regional business centers (rbcs) in order to ensure smooth execution of the plan
Participate in the sales cycle gate decisions and limits of authority (loa) at appropriate levels as required
Your skills and experience
Bachelors or master degree in engineering, telecommunications, business administration
The ideal candidate will have a background and minimum 10 years’ experience in senior sales roles in complex multinational environments in the information and communication technology (ict) industry, in the enterprise and public sector segments
Strong understanding of the sales processes and tools
Understanding the issues posed by mission critical communications in the vertical market industry as well as the full communications portfolio required by mission critical applications
Knowledge of the principles of sales management and sales operations
Excellent communications skills, both orally and written with the ability to evangelize both internally and externally
Capability to manage large sales teams
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives
Ability to identify and engage with all key stakeholders
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to build business from grounds up
