Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Position Purpose :The Drug Substance Project Manager is accountable to lead, plan and organize project activities for lifecycle changes at established external API supply points to support and achieve the strategic objectives of the overall program. • Is accountable to plan and deliver the project and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization and develop and implement long-term goals, key milestone planning and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the project • Ensure that project activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and project activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards • Develop forms and records to document project activities. Work with key stakeholders to establish plans and goals for each project. Orchestrates project teams that contribute to the project • Work closely with program managers to track progress and provide updates on any changes in strategy or priorities and Drives project related communication, stakeholder management, facilitates across functions to ensure awareness, alignment and buy-in. • Report to Program Manager on the progress of individual projects within the overall program and identify and evaluate the risks associated with project activities and take appropriate action to control the risks nnnn Position Title: Drug Substance Project Manager (E2E) Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • Defining and proceeding corrective actions. Supports Life Cycle process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility • Work with key partners to establish plans and goals for each project. Work closely with program managers to supervise progress and provide updates on any changes in strategy or priorities. • Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and constantly evolving business environment and Project implementation according to agreed timelines and within agreed budget • critical metric % met timelines: dossier dispatched/last production giving site/first supply first resp. last customer, # project related supply issues and Regulatory Compliance (no compliance issues or recalls due to LC projects) Desirable: • University degree in science (chemistry, pharmacy or chemical engineering), and/or business administration with English – fluent written and spoken, other languages – preferred. • Minimum 10+ years, Superior knowledge about Supply Chain LCM processes, Project Management, Change management (cGMP) and Experience in Supply Chain Management in Pharmaceutical Industry Extensive Project Management experience with strong understanding of the cGxP’s Why Novartis? 766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.
