Owns and leads DDIT GDD India and Product Management for Global Drug Development (GDD) across all geographies Accountable to GDD Business Units for strategic partnering, end-to-end project delivery and operations. Partner with Senior Business Stakeholders (GDD LT) and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to • Define and implement technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes at organization level. • Partner with senior business customers and DDIT Strategic Business Partners on overall portfolio, demands, funding. • Partner with relevant Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams to ensure that the product and platform strategy balances the sophisticated needs of Key Markets, need for reuse across other priority markets and cost effectively scale at speed to remaining midsize/small markets • Report on impact and value of overall services, solutions, platforms, products at organization level • Ensure efficient setup for DevOps across platforms, products, or systems at organization level ensuring availability and optimal performance for Domains • Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right customer representation • Report, on agreed success factors and KPIs for various customers in DDIT and business at organizational level. Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. • Ensure user experience adoption across organizational level for overall solution delivery.
