We are hiring Candidates for the position of Front Office Associate at our recently opened 3 star hotel at Somnath, Gujarat.

This is an urgent hiring!

Meals & Accommodation shall be provided by the Hotel without any deduction.

Candidates should have prior work experience in any of the reputed hotels for atleast 2 years in the Front Office. We are not hiring fresher or candidates from other industrial background for this position currently.

Key Resposibilities:

• Handle Front Office Operations independently.
• Ensure smooth guest check-in & check-out.
• Handle complaints efficiently and willingly.
• Handle reservations / inquiry phone calls.

Requirements:

• Experience of atleast 2 years in the Front Office (mandatory)
• Knowledge of PMS & Night Audit (must)
• Hotel Management Diploma / Degree (preferred)
• Good command over Hindi & English
• Willing to Relocate to Somnath, Gujarat.
• Ready to join immediately.
