An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
We are looking at Cloud Administrator who will be responsible for deploying and supporting cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years of experience with cloud administration on different cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, AZURE)
Responsibilities includes
Experience in hybrid cloud environments
Design, implement and operate a modern, scalable, cloud-based infrastructure
Evaluate, respond to, and resolve service issues; design tools and automation to prevent problem recurrence
Manage security-related aspects of the infrastructure, including compliance with relevant security standards
Drive technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations via automation and orchestration
Manage the monitoring, updating, optimization, redundancy, stability of cloud systems
Ensures the team is up to date on product functionality, tools, industry trends and best practices related to product workflow and integrations
Assist in scoping, designing, and deploying systems that reduce Mean Time to Resolve for customer incidents
Contribute to incident root cause analysis, with enough knowledgeable to lead discussions and drive tangible improvements
Work with peers inside and outside the team to promote and expand automation of operational tasks
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Nagios, cloud gard, etc.
Deploy patches and upgrades, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities as required.
Be the subject matter expert on infrastructure elements in the cloud. For example:
Compute (IAAS)
Storage
Networking (Firewalls, Load Balancing Solutions, etc.)
Database (PAAS)
Supporting Services such as DNS, DHCP, PKI etc.
Cloud Operation Engineer Requirements:
BE/MCA any computer science related major
At least 3+ years of experience as Cloud Administrator
Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of Cloud (OCI, AWS or AZURE)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
