Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Prefer 8 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.
Responsibilities
Role
Configuration specialist for the Oracle Health Insurance Localizations team. This team provides sample implementations of OHI for our core markets: United States and Australia. These sample implementations include OHI configuration to support market standard business processes and OHI integration gateway configuration to support the receiving, transformation, and delivery of messages for market standard integrations
Primary Competencies
Gathering requirements and modeling business processes and scenarios. Configuration of complex ERP applications and integrations between ERP applications. Training Presales, Implementation consultants, and client SME’s on the localization configuration and use case scenarios.

Primary skills description
In interactive requirements sessions with clients and OHI product management you will be responsible for capturing the market standard domain model, process model, and use case scenarios, and translating these to OHI and OHI Integration Gateway configuration and the scenario data to test and illustrate the process and the use cases.
Work is varied and functionally complex, involving the application of advanced functional/business skills. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
