Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. 5 years related experience and BA/BS degree in marketing or technical major preferred.

SUMMARY:
The Sales Transformation & Comms team is composed of professionals drawn from diverse fields of sales, business development, product marketing, public relations, communications, design, development, operations and strategy. Together, we drive programs that help our Japan & Asia Pacific business transform, advance and win. Programs vary from creating employee engagement platforms to telling customer stories, building applications, and delivering branding campaigns to drive behavior change. We are looking for a communications professional with strong storytelling skills and a curious mind to join our team, primarily supporting our India leadership and contributing to programs across Asia Pacific. Communications is a key driver of business transformation and this role will support leadership messaging, change management, employee engagement initiatives and customer advocacy that enable our sales teams to win with confidence.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement leadership communications that improve the flow of information through the India business
Identify opportunities to create stronger engagement that aligns to business priorities
Use storytelling to communicate relevant employee & customer success stories
Content creation will include written, visual, presentation and video assets
Manage relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with regional and functional teams
Engage with vendors and external resources as required
Work with communications specialists across ASEAN and ANZ to drive regional engagement
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Have a Bachelors or Masters degree in communications, business, marketing, or social sciences
3-5 years’ experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, employer branding, content development, or employee engagement
Strong communication skills and fluent in English language – able to deliver long & short form stories, videos, short snappy copy, campaign content etc.
Storytelling and brand-building with the ability to cut through complexity and jargon, to bring stories to life – in a simple, effective way
Results-oriented, able to measure success by outcomes and can collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver on concurrent projects
Background in capturing and editing video content, using Adobe Premiere Pro or other video tools
Able to use Adobe illustrator or similar software to and edit brand compliant presentations
Experience with an email service (e.g. Eloqua) or digital marketing tools
Enthusiastic, independent and strong willingness to try new things and embrace change
Prior experience in a technology company
