Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Oracle Consulting Solution Center Solution Architecture Team is composed of hands-on architects who work with our clients to design and deliver systems for SCM Implementation projects using Oracle Cloud Application that transcends today’s digital world and fundamentally enables change for our client’s businesses.
Applicants should be subject matter experts able to combine a deep understanding of supply chain processes, industry best practices, and patterns to drive cloud transformation initiatives

Detailed Job Description
Oracle SCM Architect is client-facing Subject Matter Expert role to lead our large customers through all phases of the implementation project life cycle
• Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects
• Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.
• Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
• As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior-level consulting position is responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.
• Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs.
• As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations.
• Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations.
• Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Creates new solution sets based on an assessment of industry needs, market demands, and knowledge of competitive product offerings.
Required Experience
We embrace candidates with competitive vendor expertise; candidates should have:
• Any University bachelor’s degree / Having MBA will be an added advantage.
• Overall 14 to 20 Years experience;
• Having Industry/Domain Experience of 6-8 years will be an added advantage. Should have covered at least 2 industry verticals such as Automobile, Telecom, Engineering & Construction, Logistics.
• Extensive background as Consultant, Architect having covered at least 3 of the functional areas of SCM such as Planning, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics and Distribution
• Knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Oracle EBS /WMS /OTM-related domains with at least 5 End-to-End Implementations. Fusion Implementation will be an added advantage.
• Extensive presentation experience
• Flexible to travel across Countries, should be ready for travel up to 40% across EMEA and JAPAC
• Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
