Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
This person should have worked with Asset Finance Companies or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or Banks or Captive Finance Companies as a Functional Expert
Should be able to understand the Loan contracts of the client as a Business Analyst and transform that understanding into Software Development requirements
Should be able to configure complex products for the customer in Leasing Software, Test out the behavior of the product for the configured products, find gaps and document the same with enough detailed examples
Should be able to depict the flows in details for various use cases
This job will also involve analyzing the issues reported by customers and helping engineering team in resolving the same by reproducing it in the test bed
This includes RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for the Issues both internal engineering org and the customers
Implementation experience of the Leasing system, Origination, Servicing and Collections.
Provide and Manage Road map, Scope, conduct product walk through
Understanding of the Microservices Architecture, Rest API’s, webservices, Event Driven.
Articulate product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams and clients
Working understanding of REST, SOAP, and WebServices preferred
Familiarity with JSON and XML
Analyze data requirements related to data integrations.
Participate in the full development process
Work with program leadership to develop and effectively prioritize the product backlog
Coordinate with Customers, development, UI/UX and cross-functional team leaders to identify, build and measure features and functionality that meet business goals
Define features of the product and write User Stories
Work with the team to define each sprint plan, reviews completed work, and accepts/rejects results and is highly available to the team
