Job Description
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
You will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
Responsibilities
As a Professional Services Development Specialist you will be responsible to analyze requests for OPERA for customization on reports, forms, views, exports and provide a scope of work.

Responsible for creating customized solutions based on scope of work
Submit timely and accurate project status
Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure that projects can be successfully closed as contracted
Assist with the implementation of customized solutions for customers
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Oracle PL/SQL Knowledge
Oracle Report Builder Knowledge
Oracle Forms Builder Knowledge
OPERA Version 5 Knowledge
OPERA Cloud knowledge
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Familiar with PCI / PA-DSS requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills for analysis, business justification and communication on a technical level with customers and vendors are required. Ability to travel as needed.
