Regional Development Manager ” for West India Market, who will work on expansion of our Edexcel and BTEC business in Western market.
This will be an Individual Contributor role.
To manage and grow Pearson products in the markets designated by your line manager. The PQI product range includes iPLS , General Qualifications, BTEC in Schools, Customized products, ELT and Pearson Assured Qualifications. The resources business includes student text books, Teacher resources, work books and other reference material both printed and e-book form.
The position requires identifying prospect , promoting the PQI product, recruit new Centre, organize teacher support training events, ensure that the support system is complete to support all forms of customers, and coordinating with the marketing team for effective communication of the Pearson Brand.
Developing the local sales strategy
Selling Pearson products as required by the Pearson management
Training and developing the sales teams, customers and other channel members on Pearson Products
Improving the level of customer service
Ensuring smooth delivery of examinations, Pearson products to end users, partners and other channel members
Relationship management – MOE officials, Principals, teachers, British Council staff and other stakeholders
Market development – identify gaps in the market and initiate new products
Identifying new channels and partners to grow the business
Business reporting and research
Coordinating with the marketing team in developing marketing strategies and executing marketing activities.
