The Health Systems Business in India Subcontinent has multiple GTM structures and various business segments like B2B, Service and B2B. Addition of indent business further helps to expand the horizon in the role to work with various global norms. This is a critical role for the organisation as has directly contributes to the Working Capital and reduces risk on P&L exposure. Lead the entire 5 member team of Credit & Collection, working with Global BPEs and Market Finance-Sales-SCM team to resolve disputes and ensure collection management.
Justification Justification Credit & Collection Lead role is essential for standardising the collection process, ensure regular follow up process to reduce the exposure on Receivables. Dispute Resolution is another critical area the Lead manages. This helps to reduce the conflict with customer and enhances the NPS. Ensuring global process implementation at the market, managing the KPIs of entire C&C Team are other responsibilities the Lead Manages along with individual responsibility of collection management for Government Customers, that contributes>30% of the entire portfolio.
