Job Description:
In this role, you are responsible for the delivery of processes and solutions in scope towards the PPS Centers, CoEs and HR functions, and provides support/guidance in resolution of problems, reviews change requests, implementation of changes, ensures proper performance of used systems and interfaces.

Your responsibilities
As IPS Specialist for Learning in Philips Integrated People Services, your responsibilities are to:
Act as SME for end to end Learning processes and solutions in scope towards counterparts in the team, regional Philips People Service centers and the Philips University.
Partner with the Philips University to identify and assess new requirements. Assess the impact of these requirements on current processes and functionality. Identify and translate these into functional and process based solutions. End2End processes, system functionality and support solutions to ensure implementation and deployment of (changes to) Cornerstone on Demand;
Manage changes to the Learning systems, including impact assessment on compliance, end to end processes/ways of working, deployment to regional internal Philips service centers and deployment to the Philips University following the process governance model
Contribute to projects and validation processes across the learning domain
Handling multiple learning requests/demand from learners and managers at the same time and set the correct priorities in a challenging international global environment
Support new releases of Cornerstone and assess impact by providing clarity and direction aligned with Cornerstone configuration options and new functionalities Support the global Philips workforce in any challenges they experience before and during training
Provide more complex, multidimensional services related to various processes of the Philips University in Cornerstone, like the setup of large curricula/assessments and global deployments that require thorough analysis of audiences, reporting needs, completion criteria and timelines and communication.
Work according to defined standards and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and data privacy.
Actively drive process and solution improvements
Work with the global PPS teams on continuous standardization and knowledge transfer
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Academic (Bachelor) qualification and 5-10 years of relevant working experience in HR/IT projects and services
Expert in Cornerstone on Demand and the ability to learn new technology and processes quickly through instruction and self-training
Solid business analysis skills and ability to transform requirements into feasible solutions
Strong business partnering skills, customer orientation and an excellent team player
Change agent with good facilitating and project management skills, with a ‘can-do’ mentality
Knowledge of quality systems and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Good cultural awareness and ability to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds
Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas
Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
