· Activities related to Travel & Ticket (Air Tickets) and settling of the invoices
· Coordination with Plant admin team for travel, pick up and stay arrangement at Guest House
· Arrangements for Hotel Bookings for Guest and related coordination.
· Handling and Coordination for all phone calls and other reception related activities.
Managing Vendor Bills and related activities.
· Managing Cafeteria and maintaining consumption data for the same.
· Documentation & maintenance of various registers (Employee OD, Courier Inward & Outward)
· Coordination with Caters for Menu & other food arrangements and sending monthly canteen data to HR.
· Issuing locker keys to new joiners.
· Maintenance and record for Medical Box, Stationery & Housekeeping Material.
· Preparing and maintaining MIS reports.
· Working as a backup for other admin resource.
· Handling and Coordination for all Uniform related activities.
· Managing and coordinating external corporate events.
· Coordinating admin activities within the group companies.
· Making arrangements of VISA for employees and keeping the track on same.
· Prepare SOP’s and track the cleaning activities of the office boys.
· Monitoring and checking with the housekeeping team for daily compliance and upkeep of the office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
