Job Responsibilities:
1) Candidate will be responsible for handling all front office activities including visitors and telephone call ,fax, EPABX system.
2) All couriers receiving and outgoing has to be manage and maintaining records.
3) Handling all office administration work.
4) Managing tour and Travel plan, Managing tickets.
5) To keep a tab of daily attendance & to make sure that everyone punches in the biometrics.
6) To keep track on Company email ID on daily basis & send the related mails to the concern person accordingly.
7) To check cleanliness status in the office on daily basis.
8) To do follow up with candidates for the interviews.
9) To maintain Stationary records
10) Visiting Card printing
11) Preparation of Quotation.
12) Deposit of timely mobile bills & other expenses like MTNL, Internet, etc.
13) Wear & tear Activities of Office like plumbing, electrical & other work.
14) Housekeeping Management
15) Assist the HR Manager in recruitment, issuing Offer/Appointmnet/ Confirmation letter, document filing, employee engagement activities.
15) Or any other work given by the management in course of time.
