We are looking for an IT Admin to maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient data communications network.
Requirements and skills-
1. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
2. Customer-oriented attitude
3. Responding to client support requests.
4. Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
5. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
6. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
7. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
8. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, NTFS
9. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
10. Knowledge of popular operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server), software applications, and remote connection systems
11. Basic knowledge of Domain & Group policies
Responsibilities-
1. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
2. Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
3. Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
4. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
5. Conduct remote troubleshooting
6. Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
7. Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
8. Record technical issues and solutions in logs
9. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
10. Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
11. Report customer feedback and potential product requests
12. Help create technical documentation and manuals
