General Summary:

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

• Drive Finance and Business operations and processes, analysis, Tableau Dashboard creation, system updates and reporting requirements

• OpEx and Costing reporting & analysis, Budget vs Actual variances, Reports tie-outs, VP Reporting & variance analysis, Tableau dashboard creation and reporting

• Pricing & Product system updates, Business forecast & analysis for demand, constraint demand, shipments, backlog orders, Revenue Opportunity pipeline, Business Unit presentations to support business decisions

• Salesforce business reporting, updating dashboard and reports, creation and management of dashboard, data visualization and reporting, data accuracy checks and master data management

• Plan, organize, coordinate with all stakeholders to execute smooth & efficient transition of all finance and business operations activities

Requirements :

• 4-6 years of working experience in an Analytical and Reporting Role.

• Tableau certification and/or expertise to create dashboards mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Salesforce (certification preferred)

• Proficient in MS Excel and Power point (Advanced Excel preferred)

• Proactive; Able to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Positive attitude towards constant change, ambition to improve and challenge the status-quo

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills working with global stakeholders

• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
