1. Should have good communication skills, Greet & Welcoming Guests, and respond to their queries, requests, and issues in a timely, personable and efficient manner.
2. Ensure office safety and maintain a clean reception area
3. Handling Calls- taking & relaying messages and connecting the calls to respective members
4. Providing administrative and clerical support
5. Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
6. Ordering office supplies and maintaining the registers for records
7. Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
8. Printing and Scanning the documents
9. Arranging and blocking the conference room for meetings
10. Giving Orders for Stamps, Minute loose leaves, Minute binders, Visiting Cards, Company Letterheads, and other such stationery as required
11. Have to download the attendance of employees from the Biometric system every month.
12. Keeping Library books organized and updating the same to employees as required
13. Maintenance of office monthly bills and managing digital & hard-copy filing systems
14. Monitoring logbooks for Visitors, Inward & Outward Courier, staff Movement Register, Stationary stock maintenance, Employee weekly activity Attendance.
15. Regular updating of Employees details in the records
16. Digital Signatures registration of Clients and maintaining their data.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
