Job Title : Associate -Administration
Location : Chakan, Pune
Roles & Responsibilities
· Oversee the maintenance of office system/work space/facilities management
· Daily/weekly/ Monthly inspections of facilities
· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
· Office inventory management & keeping a track record
· Managing a team of inhouse office staff
· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
· Visitor/Guest management – Readiness
· Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Vendor management external & internal
· Asset allocation & Asset tagging & management
· Adherence to policies & compliances
· Manage inhouse events.
· Scheduling expenditures, analyzing variants & taking corrective actions
· Good knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR)
· Good understanding of payroll process.
· Understanding of Leave & attendance management system.
This is an urgent opening and for those who are residing or willing to travel or relocate to the Chakan location
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,107.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
