Arranging for supplier plant surveys when requested by the project procurement manager.
Arranging for evaluation of a supplier`s quality system.
Coordinating quality-related supplier matters with client and other.
Participating in bid clarification and supplier pre-inspection meetings as required.
Review and approval of vendor’s qap and itp in conjunction with engineering.
Preparing and issuing inspection assignment instructions to tpi agencies
Review and distribution of the inspection reports received from tpi agencies
Communicating nonconformities (ncrs) to the project team members, and verifying corrective action and ncr resolution.
Issuing releases for shipment of acceptable products.
Coordinate with construction for resolution of supplier related site issued quality observations
