Directly responsible for end-to-end project management including scoping, budgeting, resourcing, planning, execution, risk mitigation, issue resolution, stakeholder management, change management, communications, project reviews, team meetings.

Provide innovative solutions on strategic planning assignments like new business model development, feasibility assessment, competition assessment etcBy taking a broad perspective in line with in-depth analysis of internal and external business climate.
Drive implementation of key initiatives encompassing growth, profitability and customer successLiaising with business, product/ analytics and other functional teams to proactively identify, develop & drive initiatives.
Experience – 14+ years of experience in leading project management and operational efficiency.
Experience of leading projects related (but not limited to) erp systems and implementation, warehouse (scm), commercial, service business model, process excellence aspects
Successful track record of working with stakeholders in different functions and geographies, in a matrix organization is a must
Prior experience in business process improvement across functions, change management in a high performing, matrixed environment would make you the ideal fit for this role
Excellent entrepreneurial mindset, with superior consulting and influential skills
Pmp certification is a mustWith hands-on proficient in time and project management tools (ms project or a similar pm tool)
Knowledge of local taxation systems and import and export processes (will be an added advantage)
Will require to travel for 40% of time for external client or internal team meetings
