This role will be responsible for configuring and developing (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required). Expert in Developing Service Now, This role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities related Modules like (PPM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC) is an added advantage. The role will implement ServiceNow customizations including, but not limited to: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and complex data imports. REST Integrations.
Skills:
1-3 years of experience with technologies such as
JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, Jelly. Solid understanding of web services (REST/SOAP/WSDL/XML), and HTTP Request Methods
Client Side Scripting using g_form class, UI Policies and UI Actions
Experience Debugging client side scripts
Experience on Server-Side Scripting using the server-side API (GlideSystem, GlideRecord, GlideDateTime)
experience using JavaScript debugger
Experience on Business Rules, using of Fix Scripts, Background Scripts, Scheduled jobs, workflows, knowledge about how to build complex workflows
General Knowledge of the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules
Knowledge about how to release update sets among environments
Get used to work in complex environments and big ServiceNow teams and project
Mid Server experience, on performing tasks and jobs through Mid Server (Master Data Management, Discovery, Mid Server Scripts)
Experience on managing complex Architectural schemas
Experience on Portal Development
Background
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist on XXX / XXX / XXX
3+ years of experience with application development experience
2+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems
Read and write Technical English Capabilities
Desirable: ITIL Foundation
Desirable: Experience working in a SCRUM /SA
