Receptionist
1. Greet and Welcome Guest as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
3. Answer, Screen and forward incoming phone calls.
4. Ensure reception area and all common area in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
6. Scheduling appointment.
7. Identify areas of direct or indirect accountabilities.
8. Focus on outcome of tasks.
9. Monitor Office supplies.
10.Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
11.Handling Various administrative task – Spreadsheet preparation.
12.Knoledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
13.Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
14.Good time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹360,000.00 per year
