We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Downstream R&A Lead and the broader R&A Team in the management of the team control framework and associated elements.
The candidate will report directly to the Downstream R&A Lead and also be a member of their Leadership Team.
This is a great opportunity for someone to broaden their organisation, digital and leadership skills and serve as platform to explore further opportunities in accounting or information management.
The executive assistant will be managing the overall R&A Leadership Control Framework – this include FTE Data for the team including acting as the primary billing focal point and the Operational Dashboard both of which are updated on a monthly basis and provide a ready reckoner of the team’s organizational and performance health. Lastly, management of the various leadership engagements.
Candidate will also organize and maintain the R&A Leader’s schedule and assist by performing a variety of administrative and planning tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
Calendar Management and some travel support will be required but this is not expected to form the majority of the role. Coordinate and arrange meetings/events as and when required Coordination of Group Leadership Team visits. Maintain distribution lists and ownership for teams and staff.
Must have good communication skills both oral and written communication. Multi-tasking abilities and timeliness. Expert in Outlook and MS Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).
Open to new ideas and new ways of doing things. Capable of deal well with change, and be comfortable with ambiguity. Must be able to manage competing priorities and flexibility on timeframes.

Shift – 10am to 7pm
