Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities
Drive transformational change activities for key strategic programs like strong 4 fleets program across multiple workstreams
Embed the continual capability build across Mobility B2B SOM organization by implementing the learning programs
Execute the resourcing strategy by closely aligning with the partners like Human resources, Contract & Procurement and Planning teams.
Increase the employee productivity with strong employee engagement initiatives integration within Mobility B2B SOM. Drive the employee experience towards Top Quartile
Implement key strategic projects adopting agile framework to accelerate the value generation
Effective organizational communication practices instrumented to enable transparency around the strategic program progress and enhance visibility of Mobility B2B SOM outcomes across wider organization
Guide Mobility B2B SOM leader with strategic direction and getting external market perspective to drive organizational priorities
Special Challenges:
Drive executive level and wider organization communications
Embed transformational change management for a complex strategic program
Report to and enable senior leadership by providing strategic advice and driving strategic initiatives
Working across various stakeholders across multiple organizational boundaries including IT and Business
Constructively challenging, and being challenged, whilst maintaining appropriate relationships with key stakeholders
Virtual working in a global environment with culturally diverse teams. Managing multiple delivery priorities and multiple demand requests. Working with multiple stakeholders in various organizations.

A minimum of 9 to 13 years of relevant work experience
Certification on change management [preferred]
Good communication/influencing/negotiation/presentation skills at all levels of the Business and IT hierarchy
Driving transformational change management across multiple workstreams
Comprehend Human resource management practices to drive employee engagement, resource strategy and learning intervention
Project management capability with experience in handling multiple projects at a time. Knowledge around agile project management would be added advantage
Strategic thinker to enable the senior leader to drive organizational priorities
Good interpersonal skills and confident in dealing with senior Business stakeholders
Good understanding of the software engineering life-cycle for development and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems
