JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Answering calls and resolving queries about the company.
2. Reaching potential clients and recording their data.
3. Outbound calls and explain services provided.
4. Keep up quality service by adhering to company policies.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Work experience as a tele caller or tele marketer will be an added advantage.
2. Outstanding problem-solving and management skills.
3. Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
4. High school diploma or equivalent.

Part-time hours: 42 per week
