We need an experienced administrative assistant to help run daily operations.The successful candidate will be highly organized with a focus on detail and possess the ability to multi-task, AT ALL TIMES, while providing timely and friendly service to prospects and customers.Job Functions including, but not limited to:Greeting customers and demonstrating our products when necessary.
Help answer the never-ending phones.
Prepare all documentation for HOA submissions and keep track of (a major part of this job).
Manage job permits/inspections – extremely important.
Manage production boards, keep work flow moving.
Provide all needed support to owner, production manager and sales manager.Qualifications:3 years, minimum, of administrative experience, preferably in the construction trade.
Strong ability to manage time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent people skills and a great phone voice.
Excellent grammar and spelling.
