Work within credit risk organization and help our business by building screens, integrations and workflows to support our growing bank needsAs well as support our expansion roadmapYou will work closely with cross functional business, it and vendor teams to ensure we are delivering right sized solutions to meet current, future and long term needs in support of our banking product processing and continuing expansion efforts.
Roles & responsibilities

Design and develop technical solutions on the appian bpm suite based on the requirement
Design integration requirements with third party platforms and data models
Work with group of contractors in terms of guiding them and standardizing all the process right from design to deployment
Defining architectural & development standards for the project
Should be hands on development and should be spending more than 60% of his day to day time on developing solutions
Performing frequent code reviews ensuring quality and overall delivery
Presenting demos to business team
Planning the deliverables for a sprint and for the release based on teams capacity and strength

Key qualifications:
Knowledge

8+ years of industry experience in it preferably in the finance business domain
Hands-on experience in developing appian based workflows and applications
At least 5+ years of experience in appian
Must have proven experience in leading small tech teams
Decent knowledge on sql database
Experience in all aspects of software delivery management – analysis, design, estimating, and implementing
Expertise in enterprise architecture practices, specifically in information, application, infrastructure, and security
Experience with enterprise integration services/solutions & implementing saas applications

Good to have

Experience in web technologies like .net, java, angular, react, node etc.
Experience in building cloud-native applications (aws) is a plus
Knowledge of mqs and kafka is a plus
Preference
This is a global roleThe engineer must be able to work with teams in multiple geographical locations & manage time zones
Previous financial or banking experience is desirable
Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical field
