Job Description :
Update management and stakeholders on report/deck status, key issues, risks and action items in timely manner.
Address customer and team queries in proactive and relevant way
Follow up & Collect data from Process Owner in timely manner such that reports are release on time.
Send out reports and decks in timely manner without errors
Cross Training Session for MIS Reports to ensure there is a backup resource available within the team for preparation of the each report.
New Initiatives to be taken
Track and monitor reports and decks status regularly to ensure that deliverables are completed as scheduled.
Maintain complete and current report/deck documentations including SOP’s for each reports
Automation to be developed
