Description:

• Provide L3 support for team deliverables.
• Configuration, allocation, and management of centralized storage systems and other deployed storage solutions
• Help develop or engineer new solutions related to data storage and access
• Help setup of backup technologies – Commvault, NetBackup with cloud. Additionally Physical tape library, VTL etc.
• Be able to take care of most of P1/P2/P3/P4 tasks and document the RCCA.
• Interacting with client over calls and provide details and reasoning of the deliverables.

• Troubleshooting experience and ability to fulfill Backup L3 support
• Experience on multiple Backup Systems. Commvault & NetBackup with Cloud based storage setup is a must.
• Experience in Veeam is highly appreciated.
• Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of various backup systems
• Experience with capacity planning and storage allocation forecasting
• Experience in Backup Operations management, backup systems, DR
• Working knowledge of systems from major backup vendors and cloud services
• Working knowledge of technical aspects of backup systems – including but not limited to installation, monitoring, troubleshooting
