Sterling Sites, established in 2005 is a leading Building Materials company in GCC. We are headquartered in Oman and are having our operations in UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain as well. STG Marketing & Services Pvt Ltd is our subsidiary branch registered in India. As discussed, we are having an opening for the position of ‘Sr. Exec / Executive – HR’ based at our STG Cochin Office @ Kaloor.

Candidates with 0 – 5 years experience can apply for the same. This is a Generalist profile. In this position, you would be primarily responsible to handle below functions:
Recruitment
Performance Management
Employee Welfare
Comp & Ben.
Employee Development
Employee Engagement etc.

Since we are supporting the activities of GCC locations, the working days & timings are slightly aligned towards GCC Schedule. Weekly Off Days are Friday & Saturday, and Working Hours would be 9 Hours Per Day excluding 1 hour Break time on other days.
