Purpose of the Job Role
Administrative Assistant is a professional who perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Role Outcome
Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Qualification Criteria
Minimum Educational Qualification
Graduate or bachelor’s degree in a field such as business administration, finance, accounting or another closely related discipline.
Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge
2 to 4 years professional work experience related to Office Administration
