STSPL Hiring for Manager – HR & Admin Job at Ahmedabad Full Time

· Handling payroll preparation by managing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

· Maintain stock of preprinted stationary of transportation, Stationary order mail for printing, Stationary receiving, allocation, packing and timely delivery to all branches, Payment to Vendor

· Making and renewal of all rented Godown agreements, Timely monthly rent payment, making and submit TDS sheet to Account department for payment

· Manage the recruitment and selection process, joining formalities and orientation

· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation

· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

· Responsible for Admin activities like House-keeping, CUG connections, AMC’s etc…

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
