Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic sales executives to support the selling of our higher education programmes globally. The role requires strong desire to succeed in a sales position, a great sense of customer service and a profound aspiration to help students making the right decision for their next steps in education.
The role sits in the global telesales team covering Study Group’s key source markets from Singapore and the local hubs.
Responsibilities include calling students who have receive admission to several programs and ensure they receive the relevant information and ultimately conclude the sale of the most suitable course.
This position requires a good level of computer literacy to be able to navigate through the various CRM and Telephony systems.
Geographical Scope
Key accountabilities
Fulfil daily, weekly and quarterly call KPIs and sales targets
Build and develop a constant pipeline of potential students
Provide very high quality information on the portfolio of programmes, reflecting the superior quality of the courses and partners promoted by the company
Support movement of the pipeline through 3 key stages of sales, from Offer Made to Confirmation of the course up to Start of the course while providing
Work alongside sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment
Knowledge of International Student Recruitment
Selection Criteria:
Necessary Skills:
Fluency in English and Hindi
CRM knowledge, preferably salesforce.com
Good phone etiquette
Experience required:
2-4 years of Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Customer-service orientation and consultative approach to selling
Preferred experience in telesales
