3. Attendance and Leave management:
· Track the attendance of all staff day wise in provided excel format.
· Track leave database, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leaves for the in excel format.
4. Use of Naukri.com for recruitment.
5. Maintaining all personal bill files
· Light bills
· Credit card bills
· Corporation tax bills
· Receipts of all above
6. Maintaining records of personal and vehicle Insurance.
7. Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
8. Prepare monthly expenses report.
9. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
10. Raise monthly invoices to office lessee and keep a record of timely payments from them.
11. Tracking Daily, Monthly reports from sales and engineering department.
12. Calling for marketing creatives from advertising agency
13. Tracking hoarding locations and checking their bills
14. Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment.
15. Submitting marketing bills to accounts.
