· Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles in IT field.

· Must have experience in handling prominent paid Job portal (Linkedin,Naukri,Indeed,Monster etc.)

· Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.

· Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates.

· Should have the general knowledge on all IT Technologies and tools used.

· Must be fluent in English/Malayalam

· Will be responsible for the entire Life cycle of Recruitment including stakeholder management.

· Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, etc. Screening & shortlisting candidates as per the given Job Description.

· Briefing the candidates about the job profile and organization benefits.

· Scheduling interviews and pre-offer formalities.

· Coordinating with the candidates until they are on board.
