Job Position – VEA – Virtual Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities
· Direct link to business Directors
· Calendar and email management of Directors
· Online Market Research
· Lead generation
· Task management and coordination of tasks between functions
· Project management
· Scheduling and managing leads
· Customer follow ups
· Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
· Office management – holidays, time offs, leave requests
Skills Needed
· Outstanding command of spoken and written English, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and partner organizations.
· Tech-savvy along with strong experience with Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication skills
· Mastery of active listening coupled with effective notes taking skills
· A proactive approach to problem-solving
· Ability to multitask with a keen eye for prioritization and delivery
· Details oriented, with exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Advanced user of CRM and task management systems
· UK Real estate-related experience is desirable
Requirements:
· 6+ years of experience with Executive Personal Assistance
· Degree level education
· Experience in working in a fast-paced business
· Hands-on experience in MS Office
· Advanced user of task management systems such as Click Up, Asana, etc
