PF: Responsible for the Monthly PF remittance (ECR) and PF withdrawal, Pension, Death and transfer cases.
ESIC: Monthly (MC Templates) and Yearly ESIC remittance and providing TIC and arranged Smart card camp.
PT: Responsible for the Monthly and Half Yearly PT remittance PAN India.
LWF: Responsible for the Monthly, Half and Yearly LWF remittance Pan India.
Labour Law: Responsible for all compliances related to employee and employer.
PAN India Registration: PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/Shops & Establishment.
Compensation and Benefits: Re-structuring as per minimum wages and role and responsibilities for Indian and Expat employees.
Audit: Conducting Compliance audits of Company & vendors PAN India.
Liaisoning: with government departments i.e. PF, ESI, PT, LWF, contract Labour and Labour dept. (State), etc.
Handling: Inspections made by ESI Inspectors, PF Enforcement Officers, Labour Inspectors/Officers, etc
Calculation: Payment of Leave Encashment/Bonus/Gratuity to the employees annually or whenever due.
Compliance Report: Updating monthly compliance data on the HRMS portal.
Joining & Induction: Responsible for new employees joining PAN India and International.
Back Ground Verification: Sharing complete data for BGC to Vender and monitoring.
Employee Welfare: Supervisoring99 HR plan for improving HR company value.
Policy Implementation: Implementing and updating policies according to shops and Establishment Act.
Attendance Management: Updating employees’ attendance in HRMS portal for the salary processing.
Performance Appraisal: Handling yearly and mid-year appraisal for both the companies.
