Job Summary
Targray is seeking a Junior Indirect Tax Analyst to be part of our India Office Team in Gurgaon, Haryana. This team is responsible for Indirect Tax compliance in Europe, North America, Asia, and other various jurisdictions. If you are a fast learner, critical thinker, and have a sound accounting knowledge along with an interest in tax, we will train you on the tax portion of this role.
Responsibilities
Review vendors’ invoices in terms of VAT or fuel tax treatment.
Prepare indirect tax returns for assigned global jurisdictions.
Involve in monthly indirect tax account reconciliations.
Assist in resolving indirect tax issues.
Assist to address audit queries.
Involve in the projects related to indirect tax.
Research and understand the indirect tax matters in China, Europe and other international jurisdictions as required.
Requirements
A fast learner with critical thinking skills who is detail oriented, proactive, and initiative, and maintain high level of accuracy.
Be passionate to invest in a professional career in international indirect tax field.
Time management and an ability to meet deadlines is a must.
Team player
University degree in tax or accounting.
More than 2-year of experience in tax or accounting.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
Excellent verbal and written in English. French is an asset
