Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with the coordination of Adviser appointments
– CRM database management and general data entry
– Perform research tasks relating to superannuation, insurance, and investments
– Prepare documentation and reports for clients and Advisers
– Lodgement of superannuation, insurance and investment applications
– Management of advice implementation
– Liaise with advisers, investment managers, insurance providers, platform administrators and superannuation funds to deliver outcomes for clients
– Support sales and marketing activities
The successful candidate will have:

– Excellent verbal and written communications skills
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to collect and analyse information, problem solve and make informed decisions
– Strong desire to learn and further develop your knowledge and skills

– Graduate
– Excellent Communication skills
– Knowledge or experience in a financial planning discipline will be an added advantage.
