Job description
Primary responsibilities:
Manage and design internal creative upskilling programs for current mikros artists to successfully transition to more complex projects
Promote and design training initiatives to ensure career growth
Manage and develop our l&d strategy & initiatives globally across bangalore and other locations within asia
Develop a creative training portal accessible to all artists for self-driven instructional training resulting in accelerated career growth opportunities
Identify, design, and implement curriculum across all creative departments
Interface and shares concepts and practices with the learning and development departments across all technicolor creative studios brands
Identify along with production team assistance potential trainers and external resources
Collaborate with global mikros resources to utilize training materials and best practices from our paris and montreal sister studios
Network and create relationships with software vendors
Collaborate with hr talent and department heads to design develop and implement training and development opportunities for all levels of artistic staff
Diagnose areas of optimization, and demonstrate experience-driven problem-solving abilities, specifically via enhancing online training, leadership development and personalized experiences for all artists
Additional responsibilities:
Validate employee reviews along with their respected supervisors to target creative disciplines requiring attention
Be the architect behind curriculum design and implementation
Provide support and mentorship to l&d administrative and training team
Work with regional universities and academies to identify opportunities for collaboration and successful partnerships
Qualifications
Experience:
8-10 years of proven leadership, management, and educational experience in a leading cg animation studio or associated industry
Attributes:
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills – you have the ability to look at a problem, break it down and deliver solutionsDesire to learn from others and to take on increasingly challenging work.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Team player approach with the ability to take direction/feedback
Ability to successfully delegate and manage projects

Able to manage a time-sensitive workload with an urgent and extremely organized manner
