HR Administrator Responsibilities:
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information

Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with activities, such as onboarding of new recruits.
Be the first point of contact with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to ensure legal compliance.
Answer any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve them internally, if possible.
HR Administrative Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office suite ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Must be approachable and helpful.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Good ethical judgment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Act as a reliable and supportive team member
Data-driven mindset
Experience with recruitment marketing

Pay: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
