Job description for Admin Executive
1. To handle travel desk – flights, hotel bookings, car hire, Visa, etc.
2. To take care of housekeeping work, maintain housekeeping register
3. To handle attendance sheets. In and out of the employees
4. To help filing of ROC documents to senior
5. Handling Petty Cash
6. To maintain stationery list, stocks, etc.
7. To maintain all files,
8. Taking care of insurances- health, LIC etc.
9. Taking care of IT related work, getting the quotations, requisitions etc.
10. Drafting of letters , if any
11. Handling Government offices like – Profession tax, Shop and Establishments, etc.
whenever required by the company.
12. To handle FRRO documentation.
13. Handle all bill payments, etc.
14. Any other admin / office related work as per requirement of the company
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
