Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking to hire Senior Functional Analyst for Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems to join their team in Bengaluru, India. These positions will focus on supporting the Manhattan implementation projects for Boeing business units like BCA, BDS and BGS.
Position Responsibilities :
Independently take up and participate in Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment.
Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems.
Independently carry out/lead sessions for requirement gathering and design build.
Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation.
Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers. Assess and Propose capabilities and trade off with business and SI’s to promote adoption of standard best practices.
Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way
Flexibility to work with overlapping time zones with the US teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Technical Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
Experience in Enterprise Application Implementation is mandatory, Supply Chain Domain Expertise is mandatory
At least 12+ years of experience with minimum of three (3+) years of experience implementing or supporting Manhattan Associates’ WMS
Ability to assist with assessments of the impact of architectural decisions across applications.
Create, maintain and implement standards and reference architectures
Understanding of full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions.
Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS application v2013 or higher
Understand a company’s functional, technical and process needs to create supporting documentation and solution requirements
At least two end to end Manhattan WMS implementations experience
Configure supply chain software system to achieve business needs
Extensive experience with Test Planning/ scripting & conducting Interface’s integration testing (with one system being the Manhattan Warehouse Management Open System, WMOS).
WMOS troubleshooting experience
Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast paced environment, in a collaborative way
Clear & effective communication- Verbal & Written
Build and execute effective training to transition software to end users
Provide support on-site to increase value being provided to the client and remotely
Manage tasks and deadlines with minimal guidance
Experience in setting up integration with ERP, TMS, OMS, LMS etc using MIF/ any other middle wear is a plus
Experience using SQL as a troubleshooting and reporting aid
Experience with Business Process and/or Services Modeling in global business environment.
Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives
