About Team: The role is within the Enterprise CDS team in CMD, India. A highly motivated team of 25 chromatography and IT professionals with unique background and experience.
Purpose:
Manage Enterprise Chromatography System implementations and Support.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze customers Enterprise CDS requirements
Enterprise software planning and implementation.
Installation, Qualification & Documentation of Chromeleon application
Provide support for Chromeleon enterprise installations
Conduct trainings
Periodic review meetings with Enterprise CDS customers
Log support tickets and raise issues to factory support team
Maintain good cordial relations with customer
Candidate Requirement:
Education & Experience levels:
A bachelor’s degree preferably in Analytical or computer science.
A good understanding of basics of Chromatography and regulatory compliance
At least 2 years’ experience in managing & supporting enterprise software applications in the pharma & life science industry
Strong interpersonal skills
Good Presentation skills
Self-Motivated, Passion for learning and get work done demeanor
