Job Description
Supports Project manager to handles the delivery of all technical and service aspects of projects and studies for clients, ensuring high-quality results.
Acts as a connector within the company, encouraging collaboration and coordination with all internal team members.
Initiates the involvement of appropriate internal customers, maintaining continuous communication with those departments to ensure consistently high standards of work.
Attends Project Meetings at a Fisher Clinical site representing the business and supporting the discussions as required by the customer.
Support Project Manager for customer teleconferences, visits, and audits, providing timely reports and updates to customers.
Collaborates with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Provides accurate and timely reporting, supporting effective project management and decision-making.
Ensure timely revenue recognition for projects and verifies final production information for the Accounting Department prior to invoice release.
Participates in and coordinates cross-functional business process improvement activities, to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Works closely with the Project Manager and/or Account Manager to ensure overall customer happiness to address any concerns or issues promptly.
Applies GXP (Good Practice) principles in all areas of responsibility, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Plan and develop the Project Idea with action items and lesson learnt.
Monitor project progress and set deadlines
