Salary: 10000 to 12000

Responsibilities :
1. Office Secretarial work including preparing reports, filing hard copy correspondence.
2. Managing appointments, making hotel and travel arrangements for seniors and dealing with all vendors, etc.
3. Maintaining the office, management of office supplies, fixed asset registers, etc.
4. Basic accounting and record keeping.
5. Maintenance of Petty Cash, making payments, following up with clients for reimbursements, etc.
6. Manage Phone Calls And Correspondence (E-Mail, Letters, Packages Etc)
7. Stationery management with Stationery Records.
Skills & Requirements :
1. Good oral and written communication.
2. Ability to multitask.
3. Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Internet Surfing, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
4. Good interpersonal and management skills.
5. Good presentation skills
