Primary Responsibilities:
Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology
Establish and control code quality standards, development best practices, defect-free code delivery for the teams
Lead development for mid to large size portal application
Development, deployment, and successful role out of the project
Working with Product owner to analyze requirements and create product backlog
Conducting demos for leadership and stake holders
Application architect for analysis of applications that can be migrated to Azure
Documenting the approach and strategy for cloud migration and conducting demos for client

Required Qualifications:
B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA, or equivalent work experience, with 8+ years of experience
Strong client-facing experience
UI experience – hands-on experience in development and design of applications using ReactJS, ExpressJS
Agile experience – Adept at working in Agile methodologies
Experience in working on RDBMS, Queries performance tuning, Data Model designing
Experience on Tools/(CI/CD): Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, Maven, Dynatrace, GitHub etc.
Hands-on experience in containerizing and deploying applications using Docker, Kubernetes
Java FSE with rich experience in design and development of end-to-end applications
HTTP & REST API design / SOAP Web Services, Experience in Multi-threading, Spring Boot and Micro-service Architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
Good analytical and self-learning skills and the desire to learn new technologies
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Confident to work independently, handle and guide the team, and self-motivated
