Primary Responsibility:
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of Financial Risk Assessments of Suppliers
Knowledge of Preparation of Tableau Dashboards
Knowledge of Monthly preparation of Leadership MBO’s
Knowledge of Monthly Spendata refresh and spend mapping
Knowledge of Automation and Transformation of Standard Reporting tasks
Knowledge of Ad-hoc Reporting and Spend analysis from various sources (Mercury, Peoplesoft, Spendata, Ariba, Concur)
Good Knowledge of Applications such as, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Duns and Bradstreet, Mercury, Ariba and Concur, Spendata and Peoplesoft, Power point
Ability to manage SP&A – Reporting and Data Management activities which includes – Reporting and Data Analysis, Financial Risk Assessment, MBO Preparations, Taxonomy Management and Ad-hoc Reporting and analysis
Proficient with MS Office tools especially Advanced Excel, Power Query
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce and/or Advanced Finance or MBA or equivalent qualification in Finance, work experience in Financial analysis and modeling
8+ years of combined experience in finance and/or financial systems, and extensive knowledge of Reporting and Data Management (SP&A) or a similar role
Working experience on Data visualization tools i.e., Tableau and Power BI
Self-starter with a solid work ethics with strong Reporting and Data Management background
High energy and a desire to thrive in a fast – paced organization
Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
Focus on achieving project deliverables within tight timelines
Strong communication skills, demonstrates ability to work within a team structure
Strong work ethics with a positive, can-do attitude and sense of urgency/priority
Highly organized and ability to manage the details as well as the big picture
